After Hours Care
Always attempt to contact your Primary Care Provider first by calling his or her office telephone number. They are available for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Your PCP offers the best care for you and your family. Because your PCP knows you, he/she can give you advice on how to care for yourself. When you are sick or hurt, your PCP can help you determine if you should be treated at home, in the office, or in the emergency room.
Additionally, a 24-hour nurse triage line is available to you free of charge. The telephone number is 704-697-7824. If the condition is appropriate and your PCP office is not an available option to access and treat your condition, the nurse triage line can direct you to the appropriate level of care. This can include the PCP office the next day, an Urgent Care Center, or the Emergency Department.
REMEMBER:
Always attempt to contact your Primary Care Provider first.
